The shape of the day
Five phases.
LEARN
Build knowledge and confidence: AI fundamentals, responsible AI, security basics, data literacy, and the shortcuts nobody ever taught anyone.
CLEAN
Fix the digital environment: shared drives, file naming, duplicate records, CRM data, permissions, passwords, unused software, stale email groups.
EXPLORE
Permission to experiment. Test a tool, build a workflow, try automation, redesign a process. Nothing has to become permanent.
ASK
The Ask-a-thon. Teams use AskTQ on real organizational questions, including the ones people are usually afraid to ask out loud.
ACT
Findings become owners and dates. The day ends with quick wins, decisions, and a 30/60/90 plan, not a wall of sticky notes.
The day is built from modules, not a fixed curriculum, so a foundation, a school district, and a 6-person nonprofit can each run a real Cyber Day without it feeling borrowed from someone else.
