Affiliate Program Terms
Effective September 2026
1. Eligibility + approval
Individuals and entities may apply. Participation is not automatic. AskTQ may approve, decline, pause, or terminate participation. A valid, completed, and signed W-9 must be submitted and verified before an affiliate can be approved.
2. Referral attribution
Affiliates must use their unique AskTQ referral link. Valid referral attribution is generally retained for 30 days in the visitor’s browser. AskTQ may reject referrals that cannot be reliably attributed, are duplicated, appear fraudulent, or violate these terms.
3. Commissions
Standard commissions are currently $15 for a qualifying Builder referral and $50 for a qualifying VIP Strategy referral. A commission requires a successful qualifying paid subscription payment. Free accounts, $0 trial invoices, failed payments, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, and fraudulent activity do not qualify.
4. Hold period + $100 minimum payout
Qualifying commissions remain pending for 30 days while AskTQ verifies that the underlying payment remains valid. Approved commissions roll forward until the affiliate has at least $100 in eligible unpaid commissions. Once the $100 minimum is reached, AskTQ may include the balance in the next payout batch. Payouts are generally scheduled for processing by the 15th of the applicable month.
5. Self-referrals + abuse
Affiliates may not earn commissions by purchasing through their own referral link or by arranging purchases primarily to manufacture a commission. AskTQ may flag or reject referrals involving matching affiliate/customer identities, suspicious payment behavior, repeated reversals, or other indicators of abuse.
6. Marketing + disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever promoting AskTQ. A recommended disclosure is: “I may earn a referral commission if you sign up through my AskTQ link.” Affiliates may not make deceptive claims, guarantee funding, grants, revenue, approvals, savings, or outcomes, or describe AskTQ as a substitute for licensed legal, tax, medical, accounting, or financial advice.
7. Brand + approved assets
Affiliates may use the materials in the AskTQ Affiliate Marketing Center. AskTQ names, marks, screenshots, and assets may not be altered or used in a way that implies employment, endorsement, sponsorship, or a partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
8. Taxes + payment information
Affiliates are responsible for taxes associated with their commissions and for maintaining accurate payout information. AskTQ may withhold payment when required tax or payment information is missing, invalid, or incomplete.
9. Refunds, disputes + reversals
If a qualifying transaction is refunded, disputed, reversed, or otherwise invalidated, AskTQ may reject the commission or offset the amount against future unpaid commissions.
10. Program changes + termination
AskTQ may change commission rates, payout rules, eligibility requirements, marketing rules, or other program terms prospectively. AskTQ may pause or terminate an affiliate for abuse, misleading promotion, noncompliance, fraud risk, inactivity, or conduct that could harm users or the AskTQ brand.
